Located in the Aldeia do Xisto of Figueira, one of the most picturesque in the region, Casa dos Laia offers the perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility and authenticity.
This traditional stone house blends rustic charm with modern comfort, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples looking to disconnect from routine and reconnect with nature.
With two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds) and a small hall with a sofa bed for two people, it accommodates up to six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it well-prepared for longer stays. There is also a barbecue area available.
Air conditioning helps you cope with the summer heat, while the wood stove makes winter stays cozy and charming. There is always tea and coffee available, as well as some local treats such as bolo finto, honey biscuits, or fresh cheese—typical delicacies of the region.

. The "Set Table" service is delivered to your home. It may need to be heated when you are ready to enjoy your meal. The dinner will include bread and seasoned olives, garden vegetable soup, wild mushrooms sautéed with bacon, maranhos à Ti'Augusta with salad, deconstructed goat cheesecake in a glass, a bottle of Monte Barbo white or rosé wine, and water.

. Accompanied by the aromas of stone kitchens, each step in preparing this traditional sweet carries the warmth of past generations and reflects the simplicity and care of the land.
12h00 - Visit to the Aldeia do Xisto of Figueira
. Between the gentle yet cautious gaze of the goats and the aroma of freshly baked bread from the community oven, let yourself be enchanted by the rural charm of the most “authentic” of all villages.
13h00 - Lunch “Tasting the Spirit of the Place” at Restaurante Casa Ti Augusta, Figueira
. The Ti'Augusta maintains its commitment to preserving the habits and traditions of Figueira, enhancing flavors and transforming a simple dish into a true feast.
The lunch is composed of soup of the day, seasoned olives, bread, mixed cheese and charcuterie board, torresmos, pica-pau, gizzards, french fries, tigelada, wine, water, juices, and coffee.
15h00 - Blind tasting of Tigeladas
. Each participant takes home a caçoulo + the recipe for Tigelada da Beira Baixa to replicate at home whenever desired.

19h00 - Traditional picnic dinner, Figueira
. A magical sensory experience enriched by the surrounding nature of Xisto and traditional flavors at the table.
The menu will include tomato salad with fresh goat cheese and aromatic herbs, salpicão, cured goat cheese, olive paste, wood-fired bread, seasoned olives, chickpea paste with olive oil and vegetable sticks, scrambled eggs with plangaio, mini goat burgers, assorted salads, fresh fruit, lemonade with mint, Vale do Linho wines, water, and Avó's coffee.
22h00 - XJazz – Jazz Encounters in Aldeias do Xisto, Figueira

Cláudia Franco and Filipe Duarte write music in Portuguese and rearrange some of their favorite songs. With strong ties to Jazz and Fado, they tell their stories in a delicate and intimate style.

On the A1, take Exit 7 (A23, Torres Novas/Abrantes). Follow the A23 until the IC8 exit (Pombal/Sertã). Continue on IC8 until Moitas, then turn towards Figueira/Sobreira Formosa.
