Day 1

20h30 – Dinner at O Pascoal Restaurant, Fajão
22h30 – Night Tour: Journey in the Light of the Stars in the DOME of the Fajão Astronomical Observatory
. This is the epicenter of the Starlight Aldeias do Xisto project, where the stars shine closest, and the journey begins, led by astronomer and science communicator José Augusto Matos from FISUA – Association of Physics at the University of Aveiro.

Day 2
8h00 | 10h00 – Breakfast at the accommodation
10h30 – Gathering and briefing at the Atelier da Filhó in the village of Cabril
11h00 – Workshop for preparing and tasting Filhó Espichada accompanied by “café das velhas” and mountain liqueurs
. Discover one of the best-kept secrets of traditional mountain cuisine, where you'll have the chance to get your hands in the dough and stretch your own filhó.
12h30 – Walk along the Santa Luzia Dam
13h00 – Regional lunch at As Beiras restaurant, Casal da Lapa
15h00 – Transfer back to the village of Cabril

19h00 – Guided tour of the Xisto Village of Fajão

22h30 – XJazz – Jazz Encounters in the Aldeias do Xisto, at Praça da Cadeia in Fajão.
