Day 1
18h00 | 20h00 – Check-in at the accommodation
20h30 – Dinner at O Pascoal restaurant, Fajão
22h30 – Night tour: Journey Under the Stars at the DOME of the Fajão Astronomical Observatory
. It is here at the epicenter of the Starlight Aldeias do Xisto project that the stars shine closest, and the journey begins, led by astronomer and science communicator José Augusto Matos from FISUA – Physics Association of the University of Aveiro.

Day 2
8h00 | 10h00 – Breakfast at the accommodation
10h30 – Gathering and briefing at Atelier da Filhó, in the village of Cabril
11h00 – Workshop on preparing and tasting Filhó Espichada, accompanied by “old coffee” and mountain liqueurs
. Discover one of the best-kept secrets of typical mountain gastronomy, where you will have the opportunity to get your hands in the dough and stretch your own filhó.
12h30 – Walking tour at Santa Luzia Dam
13h00 – Regional lunch at As Beiras restaurant, Casal da Lapa
15h00 – Transfer back to the village of Cabril

19h00 – Guided tour of the Fajão Schist Village
. A tales village nestled between towering quartzite rocks and the source of the Ceira river. Discover one of the best places in the world to observe the sky, stars, and phenomena that bring it to life.
20h00 – Dinner at O Pascoal restaurant, Fajão
22h30 – XJazz – Jazz Encounters in the Schist Villages, at the Cadeia Square in Fajão
