Day 1

20:30 – Dinner at the restaurant O Pascoal, Fajão
22:30 – Nighttime tour: "Journey in the Light of the Stars" at the DOME of the Fajão Astronomical Observatory
Here, at the epicenter of the Starlight Aldeias do Xisto project, the stars shine closest, and the journey begins, led by the astronomer and science communicator José Augusto Matos from FISUA – Association of Physics at the University of Aveiro.

Day 2
08:00 | 10:00 – Breakfast at the accommodation
10:30 – Gathering and briefing at the Atelier da Filhó in the village of Cabril
11:00 – Workshop on making and tasting the Filhó Espichada, accompanied by “coffee of the old ones” and mountain liqueurs
Discover one of the best-kept secrets of traditional mountain cuisine, where you'll have the chance to get your hands in the dough and stretch your own filhó.
12:30 – Walking tour by the Santa Luzia Dam
13:00 – Regional lunch at the As Beiras restaurant, Casal da Lapa
15:00 – Transfer back to the village of Cabril

19:00 – Guided tour of the Xisto Village of Fajão

22:30 – XJazz – Jazz Encounters in the Xisto Villages, at Praça da Cadeia, Fajão
Since 2012, XJazz – Jazz Cycle in the Xisto Villages has invited national and international artists to immerse themselves in the villages' reality, blending cultural identity, landscapes, and sound arts. So sit back and enjoy a magical, welcoming, and intimate concert.
