Day 1
18:00 | 20:00 – Check-in at accommodation
20:30 – Dinner at O Pascoal restaurant, Fajão
22:30 – Nighttime excursion: Journey in the Light of the Stars at the DOME of the Fajão Astronomical Observatory.
. At the epicenter of the Starlight Aldeias do Xisto project, the stars shine the brightest, and the journey begins, led by astronomer and science communicator José Augusto Matos from FISUA – Physics Association of the University of Aveiro.

Day 2
08:00 | 10:00 – Breakfast at accommodation
10:30 – Gathering and briefing at the Atelier da Filhó in the village of Cabril
11:00 – Workshop for preparing and tasting Filhó Espichada accompanied by "café das velhas" (old coffee) and mountain liqueurs.
. Discover one of the best-kept secrets of traditional mountain cuisine, where you will have the opportunity to get your hands in the dough and stretch your own filhó.
12:30 – Walk around the Santa Luzia Dam
13:00 – Regional lunch at As Beiras restaurant, Casal da Lapa
15:00 – Transfer back to the village of Cabril

19:00 – Guided visit to the Xisto Village of Fajão

20:00 – Dinner at O Pascoal restaurant, Fajão
22:30 – XJazz – Jazz Encounters in the Aldeias do Xisto, at Praça da Cadeia, Fajão.
