Day 1
18:00 | 20:00 – Check-in at the accommodation
20:30 – Dinner at the restaurant O Pascoal, Fajão
22:30 – Night tour: "Journey by Starlight" at the DOME of the Fajão Astronomical Observatory
. This is the epicenter of the Starlight Aldeias do Xisto project, where the stars shine closest, and the journey begins, guided by astronomer and science communicator José Augusto Matos from FISUA – Association of Physics of the University of Aveiro.

Day 2
08:00 | 10:00 – Breakfast at the accommodation
10:30 – Meeting and briefing at the Filhó Workshop, in the village of Cabril
11:00 – Workshop on preparing and tasting Filhó Espichada (fried dough) accompanied by "café das velhas" and mountain liqueurs
. Discover one of the best-kept secrets of typical mountain cuisine, where you’ll have the opportunity to get your hands in the dough and stretch your own Filhó.
12:30 – Walking tour of the Santa Luzia Dam
13:00 – Regional lunch at the restaurant As Beiras, Casal da Lapa
15:00 – Transfer back to the village of Cabril

19:00 – Guided tour of the Xisto Village of Fajão
. A tale village nestled between towering quartzite rocks and the source of the Ceira River. Discover one of the best places in the world to observe the sky, the stars, and the phenomena that bring them to life.
20:00 – Dinner at the restaurant O Pascoal, Fajão
22:30 – XJazz – Jazz Encounters in the Aldeias do Xisto, in Praça da Cadeia, Fajão.
