Day 1
18h00 | 20h00 – Check-in at the accommodation
20h30 – Dinner at the restaurant O Pascoal, Fajão
22h30 – Night tour: Journey to the Stars at the DOME of the Fajão Astronomical Observatory
. It is here, at the epicenter of the Starlight Aldeias do Xisto project, where the stars shine closer, and the journey begins, led by astronomer and science communicator José Augusto Matos from FISUA – Physics Association of the University of Aveiro.

Day 2
8h00 | 10h00 – Breakfast at the accommodation
10h30 – Meeting and briefing at the Filhó Workshop, in the village of Cabril
11h00 – Workshop on making and tasting Filhó Espichada accompanied by "café das velhas" and mountain liqueurs
. Discover one of the best-kept secrets of typical mountain cuisine, where you will have the chance to roll out your own filhó dough.
12h30 – Walking tour of the Santa Luzia Dam
13h00 – Regional lunch at the As Beiras restaurant, Casal da Lapa
15h00 – Transfer back to the village of Cabril

19h00 – Guided tour of the Aldeia do Xisto of Fajão
. A tale village nestled between tall and giant quartzite rocks and the source of the Ceira river. Discover one of the best places in the world to observe the sky, stars, and the phenomena that bring it to life.
20h00 – Dinner at the restaurant O Pascoal, Fajão
22h30 – XJazz – Jazz Encounters in the Aldeias do Xisto, at Praça da Cadeia, in Fajão
. Since 2012, XJazz – Cycle of Jazz in the Aldeias do Xisto invites national and international artists to immerse themselves in the villages' reality, blending cultural identity, landscapes, and sound arts. So, sit back and enjoy a magical, warm, and intimate concert.
