Day 1
18:00 | 20:00 – Check-in at the accommodation
20:30 – Dinner at the O Pascoal restaurant, Fajão
22:30 – Night tour: Journey by the Light of the Stars at the DOME of the Fajão Astronomical Observatory.
. It is here at the epicenter of the Starlight Aldeias do Xisto project that the stars shine closer, and the journey begins, guided by the astronomer and science communicator José Augusto Matos, from FISUA – Physics Association of the University of Aveiro.

Day 2
8:00 | 10:00 – Breakfast at the accommodation
10:30 – Meeting and briefing at the Filhó Atelier, in the village of Cabril
11:00 – Workshop on making and tasting Filhó Espichada accompanied by “old people’s coffee” and mountain liqueurs.
. Discover one of the best-kept secrets of the typical mountain cuisine, where you’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on and stretch your own filhó.
12:30 – Walking tour around the Santa Luzia Dam
13:00 – Regional lunch at the As Beiras restaurant, Casal da Lapa
15:00 – Transfer back to the village of Cabril

19:00 – Guided visit to the Fajão Xisto Village

20:00 – Dinner at the O Pascoal restaurant, Fajão
22:30 – XJazz – Jazz Encounters in the Aldeias do Xisto, at Praça da Cadeia, Fajão.
