The Chanfana Museum is a living museum of regional gastronomy, integrated into a space with diversified facilities and a wider project that includes the Serra da Lousã Biological Park.

Chef Vítor Fernandes prepares the dishes following genuine recipes and traditional methods. The restaurant serves a wide range of regional dishes and has themed menus for special days or seasons and menus associated with the Biological Park's programmes.

This experience consists of a dinner for two at the Museu da Chanfana restaurant, with a three-course menu that takes you through some of the most authentic flavours of the Lousã mountains.

We suggest you arrive early and take advantage of the trip to visit the Serra da Lousã Biological Park, a unique space where you can observe national species and breeds, both domestic and wild, and enjoy the natural beauty of this place.
