"Adorei a Casa das Bugalhas. A casa é muito acolhedora, tem uma decoração em que se encontra o moderno, o antigo e o rústico, o ambiente ideal para dias de descanso, na paz da Serra da Lousã. A casa tem óptimas condições, está bem equipada e a limpeza é excelente. Ao Sr. Vitor que me atendeu sempre com grande simpatia, agradeço a disponibilidade e as referências que forneceu para encontrar o percurso pedestre até uma aldeia vizinha. A Casa das Bugalhas está numa localização privilegiada, da sua varanda avista-se quase toda a aldeia que sobe a encosta. A partir da Aldeia do Candal há percursos muitos bonitos para caminhar: pela própria aldeia, até à cascata do Candal ou para visitar localidades próximas. Agradeço à D. "Excellent stay at the hotel, right next to the Biological Park, which is spectacular. Everything went really well, it was an excellent choice for relaxation and rest after the tracks of the mountain range. The SPA is marvellous."

"We had two very good days as a family at Casa de Janeiro. The two rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. A plus for our family was that we were able to bring Brida, our little dog. I take the opportunity to apologize for her weeing on the kitchen rug!... The village is very charming although there are still many abandoned houses and others needing renovation. I also don't understand why they allow houses to be built with modern fronts. But this is more of an exception than a rule. The river park area is very pleasant and has good facilities. We look forward to returning in the summer!"

"It was a wonderful, unique experience. The Casas do Rio are great, very comfortable and a stunning landscape... The day we spent with our guide Antonio was full of learning and discovery of beautiful sites. The food was all very good, mainly in Fajão, at restaurant O Pascoal, traditional food, great portions and high quality. I recommend it to everybody who likes nature and wants a quiet and beautiful place for the whole family or for a couple. Many thanks to Claudia, who took care of everything for me and to her husband and our guide Antonio."

"Excelente experiência para recarregar baterias, num lugar calmo e muito agradável. A casa está bem recuperada e mobilada, a piscina é excelente para os dias mais quentes, e há muito para ver nas proximidades, nomeadamente nos concelhos de Castelo Branco e Oleiros. A simpatia dos anfitriões, em particular da D. Fernanda Custódio e do filho Gustavo, fez-nos sentir em casa."

"I liked the hotel and its surroundings, a good place for families; I didn’t like the breakfast, as it wasn’t very varied and they didn't replenish things that had run out; the water in the indoor pool was cold; I booked the hotel by purchasing a bookinxisto experience with tickets to the Biological Park and Ecumenical Temple for 2 adults; I got tickets on check in at the hotel but I had problems at the Temple entrance because they said I had to pay for an adult ticket when the experience included a night at the hotel and a ticket for the Biological Park + Temple for 2 adults; I think all services should be informed that there might be customers with this type of voucher, which was not the case...."
