Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded for standard rate bookings when cancellation is made up to 15 days before the check-in date.
Non-refundable rates are not eligible for any kind of refund in case of cancellation.
Reservation date changes are only possible upon approval, up to 10 days before the check-in date, and are subject to an additional fee of €30.
No date changes or refunds are allowed for cancellations made less than 10 days in advance or during special dates such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Cerdeira Events, Carnival, Easter, and other holidays.

The Cerdeira Home for Creativity project emerged from the love and affection of two families who decided to rebuild the traditional houses of the village, maintaining their authenticity and uniqueness. These two families were joined by several people who are in the village every day to welcome you with a smile.
